I was looking into revision rhinoplasty because of a silicone issue, and I finally found a decent place and booked surgery. I decided to remove the existing silicone and have revision rhinoplasty with a 3D customized implant. Since it will be completely replaced with an implant that fits my nasal bones, the difference will probably be big, right? I am having surgery at ㅇㅂㅋ(ㅏㅔㅡ), and there they do not just overlook even a 1 mm difference; they measure the height and silicone size. I am getting revision surgery because the outline of the nasal silicone looks too prominent, so I chose a place that seemed to fit my needs well. I hope it succeeds this time without any major problems..
