On the day of surgery, I met two people near the hospital who said their eye surgeries here had gone wrong, so I was anxious, and mine also went wrong. I experienced everything mentioned in the other reviews. I went for a revision-eye consultation, but the consultant tried to bring up every possible procedure starting with rhinoplasty and add them in if I showed interest. They quoted a high price and then said they would discount it if I booked that day—the same obvious tactic and consultation script described in the reviews. I knew what was happening, but I had no other place that fit my schedule, so I had surgery and regret it.
They did not examine me carefully during the consultation, and the surgery was also handled carelessly. Experiencing the anesthesia problems mentioned in other reviews made me understand why. Overall, the staff and system did not feel like a proper hospital.
The consultant was like a wall and impossible to talk to. Their speech and behavior were unrefined, like a delinquent teenager. It felt as if they did not care about the hospital’s image. When I asked why the direction differed from what I had agreed to for surgery, they responded defensively. The gaslighting script was exactly the same. I had consulted and undergone revision surgery because I wanted a specific problem improved, but it was not improved, and they said that problem had instead caused issues in other areas. Even after the doctor examined me and determined what could be corrected, the consultant dismissed everything as normal. If they cannot even identify the problem properly, can the corrective treatment be done properly? Once you step inside, you understand why people became fed up..
By law, a deposit refund is guaranteed, but they tried not to refund it. If you get involved with them, it will be exhausting in many ways, so think carefully.
