I’ve had nose filler 3 times at Gangnam ㅍㅇㅈ. It’s clean and straightforward. You just pay, get the injection, and that’s it. But I think I’ll end up getting rhinoplasty. In the end, there’s no way around it. It’s hard to achieve the effect of rhinoplasty with filler alone, even after getting it multiple times. It can look spread out and keeps wearing off too.
