I get Botox about once a year (when my jaw looks like it’s gotten square again), and I haven’t had any side effects.
I even thought I had no side effects at all, but after browsing different communities, there seem to be quite a lot of side effects. It does go back to normal eventually, but I think I should be more cautious about getting it from now on.
