If the inflammation keeps coming and going and it’s called a contracted nose, would it be risky to make the nose shape more glamorous during revision surgery? Originally, the biggest reason I wanted revision surgery was dissatisfaction with the shape because it looked too natural, but I was also worried about inflammation, so I thought it would be enough if I just had surgery using my own rib cartilage. But since they’re saying it could be contracted, I’m thinking this isn’t the time to worry about the shape, so I’m looking into clinics again. Chiyu, Chamin, etc. are famous for contracted nose revision surgery, but they don’t seem to have the glamorous image I’m expecting, so I’m torn.... Am I being too greedy?
