I’m on day 6 after full silicone removal. I had full removal, capsule removal, and cartilage tying, but my nostrils have become asymmetric ㅠㅠ Should I have this removed early? If I undo the cartilage tying, will my nose spread a lot? If I have it undone, it would have to be done with an open approach, right? My primary surgery was closed, and the full removal was also done closed.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
