One of my upper front teeth was sticking out slightly, so I did clear aligner treatment to move just that one tooth inward. I think it took about 3-4 months It’s been a year since I finished, and there hasn’t been any shifting or other side effects The fixed retainer attached on the inside hasn’t come off and is still attached well After finishing orthodontic treatment, I also received a retainer to wear only while sleeping, but I wore it once or twice and haven’t worn it since lol
