If I want a thin-line nose, do most places use rib cartilage? At first, I had ear cartilage, septal cartilage, dermis, and 4 mm silicone, but the bridge came out much thicker than I expected, and the nasal tip felt kind of halfway done. I went for consultations, and the opinions were split between using rib cartilage and lowering the implant height / keeping it as is. The reasons for revision are silicone showing through + the columella feeling crooked, though not severely, and because the overall shape of my nose looks strange, I’m trying to get revision surgery... I’m torn between which clinic to choose... The cost difference isn’t big, and one clinic said to lower the silicone. The other said they can shape the line well and make sure it doesn’t show through. Maybe because a lot of dramatic noses go there, mine doesn’t feel that high.
점주 Personally, I recommend carefully comparing both estimates from the two clinics before deciding. If you decide too quickly, you might regret it.
