For my 3rd nose surgery, I used donated costal cartilage, but in less than 2 years it was all absorbed, so my nasal tip got shorter and upturned. I had a 4th AS revision there, but there’s more harm than benefit and it failed, so I’m seriously pissed. First of all, my nose is asymmetrical, and on the right side, even when I’m just still, you can see everything inside my nose lol. There are a lot of other problems too
