I had the surgery around 2011. My low nose was such a big complex, and I was so stressed that I even avoided people looking at me from the side. Even though I was extremely reluctant about and scared of plastic surgery at the time, my complex ultimately made me get surgery. As a result, my nose is still higher than before. Even though the dermal fat? has been absorbed, my nose is still higher than it used to be. The problem is that maybe because I didn’t have much of a nasal bridge, after the surgery my nose was too wide, so it only looks natural, not pretty So I’m thinking about revision surgery because I think I need silicone to shape it. If you want a slim nose, even if it may look obvious, I think it’s better to put in silicone.
