A YouTuber I watched had nose surgery for a bulbous nose, so I went straight into surgery without getting consultations at other clinics. The person doing the consultation was, as expected, kind, but the doctor did not say even one word about the surgical method or anything technical about the surgery. After finishing the consultation with the manager, I decided to only do the nose tip and nostrils, and as soon as the doctor came in, the first thing they said was, "It will not look pretty..?" hahaha
