I have some questions about ear surgery for men. My ears stick out a little, so they stand out especially when I cut my hair short. I usually cover them with my hair, but they bother me a lot in summer or when exercising.
I am considering surgery to pin my ears back, and I wonder whether many men undergo it as well. Could the ears look unnatural or appear too tightly pinned after surgery?
