It’s almost been a month since I had rhinoplasty. I had a deviated septum, so they harvested septal cartilage and used it as a support for my nasal tip to lift it. I already had a nasal bridge, so I only did the tip. At first there was swelling and I felt depressed, wondering if I had done it for nothing, but after about 2 weeks a lot of the swelling went down and it became natural. I’m satisfied now. Since it’s septal cartilage, I guess it can’t be helped that the nasal tip feels hard.
