For Hiko, my nose is already on the higher side, so they said they would make it natural and only did a little, and although the effect was good, I don't think I'd do it a second time. The marble injections really work well. I bought 3 sessions and later added one more session. But it's expensive... and if you gain weight, it becomes meaningless again... manage your weight so you don't gain any...
