It’s revision rhinoplasty, and I’m planning to proceed with a closed approach at ㅎㄴㅂ in Sinnonhyeon. I’m curious what the reviews are like. I’m considering a closed approach because I’m thinking about minimizing columellar scarring and side effects. The planned material is autologous costal cartilage, and the goal is lowering the nasal tip and columella.
