After I suddenly lost weight, my face looked so much older I felt burdened by fillers because they remain, so I got Sculptra. I had lost a lot of facial fat to begin with, so I definitely saw an effect. But I had it done twice in total, and since I didn’t get them consecutively and got the second one maybe 3 months after the first, it doesn’t feel like it lasted very long, but the severely hollowed-out look definitely disappeared.
