About 6 to 7 years ago, I had my first nose surgery here. I didn’t even shop around and just got surgery here because a friend recommended it and said it was famous. After a little over 3 years, the tip of my nose had dropped completely, and the person who introduced me also had revision surgery elsewhere, and I myself had revision surgery at another hospital 3 years ago. I regret not looking around before surgery, but when I went back to complain, I feel so wronged and angry that I couldn’t say a proper word to the consultation manager. I only heard things like, ‘We can’t refund you,’ and ‘Pay for revision surgery,’ over and over and left... There is a consultation manager who can outtalk anyone,, and they are a completely different person from how they were during the consultation.
