It was such a famous place that, even though it was expensive at the time, I decided to have the surgery there (I remember the price starting with 3... based on cash). Honestly, it was so long ago that I do not remember it well, but I have been doing fine without any side effects until now ^.^ My nose is on the lower side, and I asked for a natural look, so it was not dramatically different, but I do think the bulbous-tip improvement definitely worked.
