Dr. Kim was very kind during the consultation! He checked the inside of my nose and used a cotton swab to shape my nose while talking me through the consultation. The consultation manager was also really kind. She spoke frankly about all the parts I was worried about, like a familiar older sister. The waiting time was almost nonexistent.
