I had a simple procedure yesterday that combined alar reduction and tip plasty. It's not a surgery that causes much swelling.. My nose has become a upturned nose. The nose I had from the surgery 6 years ago wasn't that bad, but.. I thought it looked a bit blunt. The blunt feeling is gone now, but from the front my nostrils are very visible.. I want to believe it's just swelling, but there was no swelling right after the surgery either, so I'm extremely worried.
