I had alar rim elevation.. First of all, compared to before the surgery, my nostrils became much thicker and the scar left my nostrils narrower. I don't know whether it'll get better if more time passes.... My alar rims also came back down, and the nasal base indentation has mostly disappeared... I am dissatisfied with the surgical result.
