I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. The event price was 1,990,000 won, but I was in a situation where I had no septal cartilage because of sinusitis surgery. When I told them that, they said it would be over 10 million won. I got the feeling that they either did not want to harvest rib cartilage (?) or that they might not be very good at surgery unless it uses septal cartilage. After I said I had no septal cartilage, it felt like they did not want to continue the consultation.. hehe There was a 10,000 won consultation fee, and I did not even get to meet the doctor.
