I guess there’s nothing that can be done about a hump nose with those I wanted it to come out pretty, a bit slim and with a straight-to-slightly-curved line Surgery seemed to be the answer, so I used septal cartilage for a basic nose surgery and had surgery while correcting the hump. From the consultation, I had a CT scan and then consulted, and they said osteotomy would also be needed, so I thought as long as a pretty nose comes out, it’s fine, said okay, and had the surgery.
