About 10 years ago I had alar reduction. The effect was very small and it left a really bad scar, so I was very dissatisfied. Then about 5 to 6 years later I had alar reduction again. It still seems to be there, but since alar reduction alone was ineffective, I hope the other surgery is okay ㄷㄷ
