The director seemed a bit busy, and as soon as he saw my nose he said I’d need osteotomy, 3.5 mm silicone, and ear cartilage plus septal cartilage for the tip of the nose. When I explained my concerns about my nose, he gave me a formulaic response, and the consultation ended in under 5 minutes. I felt a bit of coldness. During the consultation with the manager, the manager also only gave formulaic answers. I didn’t feel they were rude, but the manager also felt a bit cold. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, so I didn’t ask any more questions and left.
