I heard from an acquaintance that this place specializes in non-incisional procedures and only does eyes that are likely to turn out successfully. (My acquaintance and my acquaintance's friend both went here and were told they couldn't be operated on.) They said they don't operate on eyes that are difficult or unlikely to succeed, so I went to see how difficult my eyes would be for surgery, and the director said they didn't think they could do these eyes and that difficult eyes like this should be done in Seoul. I felt they were extremely ethical and not just trying to make money. Still, since I had come, they did give me a consultation, answered a few questions I had, and sent me off. (The quoted estimate was 0 won, but since 1 won couldn't be entered, I just wrote 1,000,000 won.)
