When I had my arms done before, there were a lot of people and it was busy, but when I recently visited again for abdominal consultation, it wasn't crowded and there were hardly any people, which I think was better T_T These days there are a lot of issues like proxy surgeries, so honestly just having one director makes me trust it more... I can't say whether surgery is good or bad because results vary from person to person, but both me and the friend who introduced me had arm surgery, and I at least succeeded, while my friend's result was just so-so.
