They said not to do anything else with the eyes and to start with a forehead lift only. For the nose, they said hump correction and autologous cartilage for the tip are possible without an implant, but if I want osteotomy, they would need to insert a little silicone. They said osteotomy isn't really necessary. At another clinic they didn't recommend philtrum reduction because my front teeth stick out, but here they said it would be okay and wouldn't make a huge difference. It seems I didn't have much waiting time, but the director's consultation was short, and the manager gave me a longer consultation.
