They used a cotton swab to simulate nose height and drew it on the computer, so it was easy to understand right away, which was nice The doctor was kind and explained things calmly When I said I wanted surgery without an implant, they said my nasal bridge height was sufficient, so it would be possible. They recommended septal cartilage + ear cartilage. They explained that nothing would be placed in the nasal bridge, and that cartilage would be placed at the step-off area around the cartilage region after the bone ends
When I showed photos of the nose I wanted, they understood my needs and recommended additional procedures. I got the impression that they were trying to operate as much as possible in the direction the patient wanted. One thing that bothered me was that other hospitals told me absolutely not to do alar reduction, but here they recommended alar reduction. They said they would do only a very small amount so it would not look like a pinched nose, but even if I had surgery here, I think I would leave out the alar reduction. I understand because I think they recommended it to make the nose I wanted as much as possible. It was a bit disappointing that they did not show before-and-after photos of people who had surgery They said it would be done under sedation + local anesthesia, and aftercare such as swelling laser treatment seems good
