They used a cotton swab to simulate nose height and drew it on the computer, so it was easy to understand right away, which was nice The doctor was kind and explained things calmly When I said I wanted surgery without an implant, they said my nasal bridge height was sufficient, so it would be possible. They recommended septal cartilage + ear cartilage. They explained that nothing would be placed in the nasal bridge, and that cartilage would be placed at the step-off area around the cartilage region after the bone ends
