I visited the clinic on the recommendation of my Pilates instructor!! I had a slightly uneven feeling, so I was recommended 285 on the left and 355 on the right. I have friends with bigger bodies around me, and the older sisters at the gym and the Pilates instructors all seem to be bigger too, so I wanted to go bigger, but the director stopped me. They said there is a big, pretty size that suits the body, and that they would make it pretty rather than too much. They also said that since I like exercising, it would be much better not to go with a size that’s too big. I had a very kind and good consultation.
