Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Banobagi Review

I got contouring surgery on all 3 areas from Director Oh more than 5 years ago. I was insecure because of my large face, but it was still a face that wasn’t bad overall, so I had a lot of worries. The result was very satisfying, and I’ve lived happily all this time. As I got older, the sagging got worse and my face felt bigger, so I came back to the clinic for the first time in a really long while. During my first surgery, they had already told me that among the side effects of contouring, sagging is the most common one, so I came wondering whether they might have left some room because of that and cut conservatively. Since I was already planning a full facelift, I visited to ask whether there might be room to reduce it a little more. It had been years, and they probably wouldn’t remember my face, but they welcomed me with such a warm smile... They checked my condition by touching my jaw, cheeks, and cheekbones one by one. They explained very carefully that there is a reason they do not recommend cutting more: the director has their own exact aesthetic standard, and in my case the contouring surgery was done in a ratio with my features, so even though it would get smaller if cut more, it could become unnatural. They gently pulled on my cheek and jaw fat too, and said that if I adjusted the firmness with lifting or a facelift, the slimmer line I had before would probably come back, so they discouraged a hard revision surgery. Thanks to that, all my revision worries disappeared. It felt like I had met my father from my hometown, or a warm mentor. Director Oh has lost a lot of weight since then, so I hope they take good care of their health.
