I had a revision rhinoplasty, and wanted improvement for bulbous nose correction, removal of the columella, and droopy alar wings. Even after surgery, the columella still doesn't show from the side, and the alar reduction was done from inside the nose so it was only reduced slightly, and the alar wings still cover the columella, so I was startled after the splint came off.. what did I even do.. The starting point of the silicone on the bridge was lowered, so the nose looks shorter, which I am satisfied with. They pursue a very natural look, so if you want a sharp and glamorous nose, this won't suit you. Since it's a one-doctor clinic, I'm satisfied there was no shadow doctor They are kind and gentle Still, the revision made my appearance look better
