A few years ago, I had it done using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. After 10 minutes of sedation anesthesia, I was under local anesthesia on the operating table for about 1 hour? 30 minutes, and I was so scared I felt like I was going to die. It did not hurt, but blood was flowing and I was conscious. The rhinoplasty was so-so, and I thought it was gradually going down because of the swelling.. But it was just that the septal cartilage and ear cartilage were gradually being absorbed. The bulbous nose was not fixed either.. I had revision surgery somewhere else.
