But before, my nose was very bulbous, and I disliked the unsophisticated image, so I had asked them to make it as slim and glamorous as possible and improve the bulbous nose as much as possible, so it is not the director's fault. I consider the columellar line extremely important, and it is hard to find a place that shapes the columella as beautifully as this place. I do not know why, but maybe they put something in the nasolabial angle; the lower part of the philtrum feels fixed, so when I smile my upper lip does not lift, and it feels subtly awkward. It has been more than 6 months since surgery, and if it is like this, I do not think waiting will solve it. I will probably need to remove the material inserted into the nasolabial angle.
