The director and the consultation manager were both kind I was recommended osteotomy elsewhere, and at first he said he would do it if I asked for osteotomy, but after carefully looking inside my nose, he said my nostrils are small, so he does not recommend osteotomy He has a long career and is a solo director, so he does feel trustworthy. I tend to feel put off if the price is too cheap, and the price here is on the cheaper side. Also, when I looked it up, there were quite a few bad reviews, so I'm debating
