There was a very slight bump on the nasal bone and the side line was at an average height, so I had surgery with osteotomy without an implant. The side line was already my original nose height, so I don't feel that much about it, but since the tip line went up a bit, I do think it looks prettier... I really don't know lol I just had the packing removed earlier and I feel like I can live again lol But I forgot they took the packing out and kept breathing through my mouth I want them to take off the splint soon and see the osteotomy area
