The director personally does the consultation. I went for a nose surgery consultation, and the consultation fee was 5,000 won, I think. Since the director personally examined me and did the consultation, I trusted it more than having a regular consultation coordinator explain things. He explained things in an easy-to-understand way and used other examples to explain the parts that were lacking... but the staff was so unfriendly... maybe because they were busy? Even though I had made a reservation and went, they left me waiting for almost an hour I asked how much longer I had to wait, and they looked stern and said they were seeing people in order. It was so awkward... maybe not everyone is like that, but it was embarrassing...
