The first consultation was done by the manager. It seems that is standard. They said the surgeon consultation would be done in detail on the day of surgery once the surgery was confirmed... The staff were kind, but I did not feel any real professionalism The level of professionalism felt like something I could learn in one day and do myself... It was almost at the level where self-diagnosing after watching YouTube would be better... A friend had eye surgery here before, and said the surgeon was very kind and good, so if I could consult with the surgeon, I would want to go again. The facilities are amazing. For patients who are very worried and very cautious, it is a place with a high barrier to entry.
