Male first rhinoplasty: columella correction (it curls inward) + bulbous-tip correction + nasal tip using ear cartilage and septal cartilage. My nasal bridge is somewhat prominent, and I was told lifting it would throw off my facial balance, so I am considering the options above. Of the places I consulted, [Clinic A] is my favorite.
