Haha, my side profile is crazy lol. Actually, my bulbous nose had stressed me out for a long time, so I had rhinoplasty four years ago… At that time I used silicone for the bridge and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage for the tip. I’m really embarrassed to show old photos, but I thought everyone might see them and say it turned out well, so I uploaded them together. As you can see, the bulbous nose barely looked improved, and it seemed slightly crooked too From either side, it didn’t look pretty or high, and there was no slender feeling at all. There was so much I regretted about the first surgery, so this time I wanted to research properly and choose somewhere that would reflect my needs better. I did a lot of consultations lol. This time I absolutely wanted a straight-to-slightly upturned line, as glamorous as possible. Maybe my aesthetic is glamorous, mature-woman style lol. Director Eom Jae-ho at [Clinic A] designed the line exactly to my liking, so I booked surgery without deliberating for long lol. I’m totally a Teto girl lol. For this revision, we used autologous costal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage together. I’m 20,000,000% more satisfied than after the first surgery. They paid attention to every detail of the nasolabial angle and columella, and my nose came out so slender and glamorous that I’m incredibly happy lol.
