I had heard there were a lot of bad comments about the manager, so I went prepared, but maybe they had improved after seeing that feedback, because it was better than I expected. Still, they were pushy and, without even looking at my photos or listening to what I wanted, as soon as they came in they just said, "You only need to do ~~~, ma'am." They said that right away. Then after talking about a few things, before I had even seen the doctor, they said I should just do the procedure today. They had not even checked my line yet and I had not seen the doctor either. So when I said that, they were like, "Oh, do you want to see the doctor?" and then called them in for me. When the doctor came in too, it felt like, "Why did you call me?" and after I showed photos, they marked one line and just said it would turn out like this and that was it. When I mentioned the things I was worried about, they acted like asymmetry was only natural.. I get what they were trying to do, but I do not think consultations should be handled like that. The doctor was not rude exactly, but I got the impression they were half-hearted..
