They were kind during the consultation and looked over everything carefully! They answered all the questions, and there was no feeling that they wanted to rush the consultation, so I felt comfortable. Maybe because it was peak season, there was some waiting at the hospital. There was no pressure to leave a deposit. The coordinator was kind too.
