The manager in charge quit, so they switched me to another manager. Because of that, I couldn't even get proper contact before surgery. After surgery, when I asked unfavorable questions, they would reply on KakaoTalk only after several days, or just ignore me. When I went to the hospital and talked about it, each manager said something different. The surgery result is.. exactly what you'd expect. What a decisive finalizer.
