Unlike other places, the director explained things for a really long time. It felt like about 40 to 50 minutes of explanation. I liked that he pointed out the side effects that can happen when using the septum or silicone, and other problems with nose surgery. I’m uncomfortable with implants, and they said surgery would be possible using only autologous tissue, so this is still my top-choice clinic.
