First, I went for a consultation at ㅍㄹㅇㅂ. My appointment was at 5, but I arrived at 4:30 and waited for 30 minutes. Then I took photos, had a consultation with the consultant, a consultation with the director, and discussed the price with the consultant. The director said that because I have a bulbous nose, I would be more satisfied if it were done in a more dramatic style. They said they would use septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and if that seemed insufficient, they would need to use donated costal cartilage! Also, because my nasal bones are on the thicker side, they said that if I wanted a slimmer look, I should do osteotomy as well. They said that part was optional. The consultation took about an hour and a half in total.
Second, I went for a consultation at ㅂㄴㄴ. Less than 5 minutes after I went in, I immediately took photos, had a consultation with the consultant, a consultation with the director, and discussed the price with the consultant. The director said I would need bulbous nose correction, slight hump reduction, osteotomy, nasolabial angle correction, nasal bridge work, and nasal tip work. And the consultant asked whether I had any thoughts about doing my forehead too, and recommended fat grafting or filler lol. I think the consultation here took about an hour!
