Facilities - Worse than other places. They take CT, X-ray, and those kinds of images about 3 times, and it is very narrow and a bit uncomfortable.
Restroom - 1 shared restroom inside the hospital, a one-person restroom.
Staff - I don’t know who said they were kind. Right before surgery, they suddenly took me to the photo room, didn’t explain why they were taking photos, and just took a ton from various angles. The treatment room staff didn’t properly remove either the tragus or behind-the-ear stitches, so I had to revisit several times. I only found out a week after surgery that 3 sessions of postoperative laser treatment were included.
Once the surgery is scheduled and then the surgery is done, it feels like that’s the end. Whether before or after surgery, surgery reservations always take priority. They make you change previously scheduled appointments because of someone else’s surgery.
Before surgery, I showed the consultant celebrity photos, then went into the operating room, had my whole body strapped down, and right before anesthesia, the director came in, said it would go well, gave a rough verbal explanation, and immediately started anesthesia. (At the first consultation, they clearly said that if I brought photos on the day of surgery, they would draw the facial contour surgery plan for me, but I just had surgery without even knowing how it would be done..) Even after surgery, they didn’t tell me whether it went well, and I didn’t see the director.
After surgery, they only bragged that they had shaved it well. They said there was no asymmetry, so when I said this area looked slightly asymmetric, they said everyone has asymmetry.
