The consultation manager mainly handled the consultation kindly, and the director wasn’t especially warm, but they said everything without holding back in a way that made them seem like a real expert, so actually I trusted them more. They honestly told me what was bad and what was good, which made it nice because I could compare it with consultations at other clinics.
