The consultation and staff friendliness were just so-so, but the director was honestly the worst During the consultation, I thought there was no point saying much, so I figured I should speak directly to the person doing the procedure while looking at my face, and right before the procedure I drew the areas I wanted on a picture and clearly told them I only wanted treatment inside that outline I also said I had gotten Ellanse for the nasolabial folds, and the director himself mentioned that he could see filler inside when I was lying down. I naturally drew around the areas where I had filler, but the director ignored the entire drawn range and just shot wherever he wanted. He ran Liftera over the Ellanse area, and it swelled up like I had been stung by a bee, the lip line bulged out like a monkey's face and sagged down. I called the hospital and asked for my pre-procedure photos and explained the situation, and they said they would contact me, but they never did. So before business hours ended, I called again, and they said the director had already gone home They said they would call me the next morning, but when I woke up it had gotten worse, so I went in right away and showed them my face directly. But the director just said it was swelling and reacted like, "So what do you want me to do about something normal?" If I had known it would turn out like this, I wouldn't have gotten it done, and I wasn't asking to be treated there in the first place. He said swelling was normal and that I was worried about my nasolabial folds, so that's why he treated there, acting all high and mighty. There may have been something like that in the consent form, but he said he didn't explain it because he thought it was obvious and that I would already know. When I asked how long the swelling would last and what would happen if it didn't go down, he just kept saying it would go down, and if I was really worried, I should apply ointment every day, then walked off abruptly. The nurse or staff member beside him just stood there awkwardly, and I ended up applying ointment and leaving. But that ointment wasn't even something the hospital provided; they said I should buy it and use it myself. When I asked what ointment it was, they said it was the kind used when removing moles, but honestly it felt like they were just tossing out anything because they couldn't be bothered. I didn't trust them, so I didn't take it. I asked for all medical records and documents, but after making me wait an hour they just handed me one sheet of paper I had Liftera because they said the pain and swelling were mild, but since then I've canceled all my personal plans and only go to work while never taking off my mask. From now on, if a place gives off even a hint that they won't do things the way I ask, I'm going to walk out even if I'm already past anesthesia and right before the procedure.

First of all, the doctor was really blunt and a bit extremely rigid. I asked how much the lower canthoplasty would open, and he said either pull it way down or just a little. When I said, "Huh?" he said he didn’t know whether it would come
