I had surgery about 3 years ago from now. I went after hearing through word of mouth that this clinic was opened independently by a director who had apparently been one of the leading doctors at DrX Plastic Surgery, famous as an SM clinic. Just as rumored, the expertise felt truly exceptional. The first consultation alone took nearly 2 hours. In fact, before that, I had visited more than 10 clinics for consultations and had already decided where I would have surgery, but I remember getting a culture shock after the consultation that day, canceling right away, and booking this clinic. Looking at the reviews, the consultation content seems almost the same The director has a ve~ry firm aesthetic standard, and says very clearly that people pursuing a glamorous style will not be a good fit with him. Actually, I wanted a natural style, so I really agreed with the director's aesthetic standards. I think that part is what made me decide to have surgery. At first I had only gone for my eyes, but during the consultation, the topic of my nose came up too, and he said he would do it at a lower price if I did it together with my nose, so in the end I also had closed rhinoplasty.
Now, 3 years after surgery, looking back, the conclusion is that my nose was a huge success, and my eyes are ambiguous. About 75% satisfied. Honestly, it is a little puzzling I went there because they were famous for eye surgery, but my nose turned out much better than my eyes. Actually, for about a year and a half right after surgery, my eyes were closer to unsatisfactory. Why? Because one eye became sausage-like They said the opening strength of one eye was weak, so only that side had non-incisional ptosis correction, but only that eye became sausage-like. I struggled a bit because of this. (Of course, now I had fat removal from the upper eyelid at another clinic, and miraculously the heights on both sides matched.) Even an acquaintance of mine had surgery here, and both eyes became sausage-like, so in the end they had it undone. It was extremely fortunate that it was not done by incision... So for people getting double eyelid surgery here, I recommend avoiding non-incisional ptosis correction as much as possible.
On the other hand, the nose I did almost incidentally turned out really well. When I looked it up, they said closed surgery has limits in changing the shape or increasing the height. My shape also did not change drastically. However, my impression really changed in a refined way without looking obvious. The height increased just enough, so it looks slimmer, and my overall impression also became more mature. Before surgery, I had a complex about looking too young because my impression was so round and soft. Even so, no one around me notices that I had my nose done. Even now, 3 years later, I have no particular side effects.
Conclusion... If I had only done my eyes, it would have been a surgery that wasted money, but because my nose turned out so well, it was a very satisfying surgery overall. I recommend it to people who want to naturally raise the nose with closed rhinoplasty. However, I absolutely do not recommend it for people pursuing a glamorous style or expecting a dramatic change. You may be dissatisfied because it does not look obvious. Eyes... yes. Just don't do non-incisional ptosis correction.
